Firmly believing in the benefit and pleasure of a great drink, I progressed from restaurateur to independent consultant, influencer and trainer. Specialized in coffee and chocolate drinks following the entire trajectory from harvest through machines into the perfect serve - cold and hot.
During the past years I competed, trained and judged at Global Championships. Yes, I did take home a nice list of titles and Awards.
